This is A Love Letter & A Call to Arms to our community to help keep our doors open.

Since we've opened our doors, The Rep has been where music lives, and community connects. We’re the stage for emerging artists, the office for freelancers, the first date spot, and the reliable third place for so many. We’ve served as an incubator for our Bed-Stuy's creative soul.
 
Now, we face our most difficult chord.
 
The financial pressures of the last few years have created a mountain we cannot climb alone. We’ve changed our hours, renegotiated every contract, and our team has worked tirelessly. The reality is stark: We need $50,000 to secure our future.
 
This campaign represents our absolute last stand to preserve this vital space.
 
Mission 1: Stabilization & Survival ($25,000)
• The Goal: To bridge the "inflation gap" by clearing the backlog of rising utility,
rent, and operational costs.
• The Impact: This is our most urgent need. These funds act as a protective
shield, stopping the financial pressure of the past two years from closing our
doors. It ensures that the growth we are seeing today isn't erased by the bills of
yesterday.
 
Mission 2: Smoother and more stable operations ($10,000)
• The Goal: Secure an Operations manager.
• The Impact: This will ensure operations are running smoothly, whether my partners or I are on site or not.
 
Mission 3: The Backyard Community Hub ($15,000)
• The Goal: Improve the work we have already done for the backyard.
• The Impact:  In the city, outdoor space is a luxury that belongs to the community.
By improving the backyard, we create a dedicated environment for community
gatherings, outdoor listening sessions, and artistic collaborations. This isn't just
an improvement of our space; it’s an improvement of our mission to be a true
Third Space.
