My cousin Matt has Huntington's Disease. 

Huntington's Disease (HD) is a hereditary degenerative brain disorder that results in a loss of cognitive, behavioral and physical control.  Presently, there is no treatment or cure. 

Matt just recently moved into an incredible full-time residential program at Aperion Care Summerfield in Cloverdale, Indiana. Summerfield is the only HD-only patient residential facility in the United States! The care staff provide HD-focused care to 35 HD residents. 

Matt loves the outdoors. He took every opportunity to adventure around the world over the past years, and I'd love for him to continue to have as many opportunities as possible to explore and enjoy the outdoors. 

We're so close to raising the funds needed for a wheelchair-accommodating adventure bus for the HD residents of Springfield! 

Please help us close the gap so Matt and fellow current and future residents can take more adventures.
