This holiday season, thousands of our neighbors face uncertainty instead of celebration. Many are homeless, uninsured, or struggling to meet basic needs. At CareSTL Health, we never turn anyone away because of their inability to pay. For 56 years, we’ve served as a beacon of hope in St. Louis, treating many individual patients each year—most of whom live at or below the poverty line.

Your gift helps us provide:

• Comprehensive care: primary, dental, behavioral, and specialty services

• Critical support: housing, food, transportation, and community health workers

• Expanded access: a new 46,000 sq. ft. Ville Wellness Campus, creating 288 jobs and serving 12,000 more patients

• Mental health services: urgently needed for our homeless population, but not reimbursed
