Thank you for your interest in joining the Howell Pride Parade hosted by Pride Alliance of Livingston as a table vendor!
Please review all the details and guidelines below prior to completing your submission:
Event Date: June 14, 2025 – 12:00-3:30 (rain or shine)
Vendor Arrival Time: 11:00 AM
Vendor spaces are 10' x 10' - Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables and chairs - we also highly recommend that vendors bring a canopy for their space.All vendors must be supportive, welcoming, and affirming of LGBTQIA+ individuals. Vendor organizations should support and/or provide services to the LGBTQIA+ population.
No political candidates/organizations (politically funded or not) will be offered vendor space.
PAL reserves the right to reject applicants.
All fees are due at the time of this application submission. You will be notified by Pride Alliance of Livingston (PAL) when your application has been approved or denied. If PAL should deny your application, your payment will be returned. If your application is approved and PAL later decides to deny your submission, a refund will be given up to one week prior to the event.
No refunds will be given after that date regardless of reason for request.
Vendor submission will open on April 1st and close on May 15th.
