Little Light House Central Kentucky is an early intervention, tuition free, Christian developmental center for children with special needs. We want to service children from birth to age 6. Currently we are serving ages 3-5, but we acquired more space and need your help to outfit a new classroom so we can start helping even younger children...because developmental milestones matter! 

One of our moms stated about her daughter who has several physical difficulties, and has also had multiple hand surgeries: "You all have done so much work to desensitize her hands!! Everyone has noticed it! She is allowing touch so much more!"  We had also  been working on her communication skills and her mom said "She was signing "more" last night at dinner!! Soooo purposeful!! It was AMAZING!!" 

We combine education and therapy in the classroom in a unique transdisciplinary way. We want to give our students every opportunity to meet vital developmental milestones. The CDC states that: Earlier is better! Intervention is likely to be more effective when it is provided earlier in life rather than later. The connections in a baby's brain are most adaptable in the first three years of life.
