Please join me for a birthday celebration to celebrate and support MINT!

Earlier this year I had the privilege of joining the board of this organization. Prior to joining, I was aware of MINT and had an idea of what they covered in the art world but I was unaware of how crucial MINT is to the culture and the community that they support. MINT is the first W.A.G.E-certified organization in Georgia, meaning that we are an organization that pays artist fees regardless of art sales. MINT is also one of the very few art organizations that support artists of color. We pride ourselves on being a space that showcases exhibits that show work that may go unseen and guide artists with financial and career support. This organization means a lot to me because it represents artists who are normally underrepresented. I want to see our doors stay open and that only happens with the support of the community that MINT has supported for so long.
