Exodus Family Institute (EFI) focus is to develop land for the purpose of providing workforce/affordable housing to first time home buyers, teachers, essential workers, veterans etc. who are able to qualify for EFI's program.

EFI seeks to invest in existing stable residential properties or undervalued properties that provide an opportunity to achieve maximum efficiency in building cost. The goal will be to invest in single- family homes in the Fredericksburg, King George, Stafford, Spotsylvania and Caroline County market areas with an anticipated purchase price below average market value.
