The goal of the Rock your Red nonprofit organization is to significantly improve the cardiovascular health and wellbeing of the members of our community through education awareness, training, support, and services to reduce the lives lost to cardiovascular diseases. The organization provides free preventable education & services to the heart community to reduce the overall death rate by 10%.

Denyse Wilson, cardiac survivor had her open-heart surgery in August of 2012, she knows the importance of being your own health advocate – and the power of education and awareness. It is a gift to be a part of the Rock Your Red event and organization. I invite residents to come for a fun, inspiring, educational, and uplifting experience – you will not want to miss it!”

Rock Your Red is celebrating its tenth year of providing health services to the community via health events, educational events, and health fairs - all to bring awareness to the community and save lives one heartbeat at a time.

The non-profit’s largest fundraiser is the Rock Your Red event, happening on Friday, February 28, 2025, at Pechanga’s Summit Ballroom. Tickets are $75.00, which includes a gourmet lunch, beverages, swag bag, live music, and more. The event begins at 9:30am-10:30am with a "Sip & Shop" with vendors, and program at 10:45am-2:30pm with time for visiting community vendor booths. Presentations from local leaders include Dr. Andrew Ho - Cardiologist from Temecula Center for Cardiac Care, Katie Baca - Cardiac Program Manager for Temecula Valley Hospital, Leann Terlecki -Stroke Program Manager from Temecula Valley Hospital, Kimberle Smith-Austin - Transformational Speaker and CEO and Founder of Made2Bfit, and a fashion show with cardiac and stroke survivors sponsored by Macy's. There will be over 40+ raffles available for additional ticket purchases. All funds raised from the raffles will go towards the non-profit’s goal of holding FREE educational and healthy community events.
