Modoc Feline Humane Society

Modoc Feline Humane Society’s fundamental and first priority is to work on bringing the cat overpopulation in Modoc County to a manageable level through spay/neuter. The 2^nd priority is to rescue for adoption the most under-served cats, i.e. those kittens born outside who are young enough to be easily socialized (up to 8 weeks of age) and un-owned friendly strays. Our 3^rd objective is to re-home feral and semi-feral cats to barn homes.
