MindFEST is a one day Mental Health Festival held in Louisville, KY! At MindFEST, our mission is to create an inclusive and supportive platform that celebrates mental health awareness and well-being. Through vibrant community engagement, educational initiatives, and empowering conversations, we strive to break stigmas, foster understanding, and provide resources to all individuals on their mental health journey. By promoting transparency, empathy, and resilience, we aim to cultivate a world where mental health is prioritized, and everyone feels supported and empowered to thrive.
