Film Worker Mutual Aid Fund

Someone once (in)famously said that "80% of success is just showing up." That's easy to say if you're a person with privilege. But for everyone else, "just showing up" isn't always so easy. 

Between childcare, eldercare, transportation, illness, and unforeseen emergencies, people from underserved communities often lack the resources and networks to fully arrive (or arrive at all) for a job or career opportunity.

The Film Worker Mutual Aid Fund directly addresses this ongoing challenge by providing a no-strings-attached fund that is available to anyone working on a FSF project or film. 100% of the money raised will go towards this fund, which film workers can draw upon to help support them when life throws hurdles in front of them that would otherwise prevent them from showing up to work.
