Louie came to us as an outside cat with his friend who he loves and adores. Since Louie came to TARA, he is always very vocal in his greetings to TARA volunteers as they arrive at the TARA house. He loves to give nuzzles and purrs so loudly. 

Louie is FIV+ which means it's been harder to find the perfect home for him since he will need more considerations than non-FIV+ cats. When we take in special needs animals, we take on all of their expenses and since TARA is entirely donation funded, we rely on your donation.
