Giving the Gift of Literacy 2025

Give the gift of literacy to a child in San Bernardino or Rialto. 

75% of low-income kids cannot read at grade level. In the Information Age, illiteracy is not a glass ceiling, it is a concrete barrier. The Inland Empire Children's Book Project distributes gently used and new books to children at their schools.  We are a 100% volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our dedicated volunteers receive, restore, and distribute books to children in the San Bernardino City and Rialto Unified School Districts. Our plan is to grow to every school district in the Inland Empire.
