Fostering Diversity and Inclusion

The IGDA Foundation is a charitable organization focused on making the game industry more diverse and inclusive. We offer these opportunities at no cost to our grantees:

- Professional development programs, mentorships, and unique opportunities for underrepresented individuals
- Virtual Exchange programs supporting international students, emerging leaders and people transitioning from other industries into ours
- Workshops, coaching, and GDC scholarships to talented individuals from marginalized communities

Participants in our programs are selected both for their excellence as individuals and for the promotion of a more diverse and inclusive community.
