Their influence extended from the civil rights movement to expanding legal protections for gender equality and making breakthroughs in the fashion industry.

Here at Pride in the Pews, we are daring to imagine a world where the next Pauli Murray or Marsha P. Johnson will not have to endure the same hardships they faced.
