We're thrilled to invite you to our first-ever Virtual Annual Meeting! While we will miss seeing you in person, we would much rather everyone stay safe and healthy. Thankfully we have some incredible technology that allows us all to connect. We have broken up the 1-day meeting into two smaller sessions - Friday November 13th from 6:00-8:00PM & Saturday November 14th from 10:00-12:00PM. Friday evening will consist of a shared dinner, a recap of the year at IORC chapters and campaigns, and an opportunity for supporters to become members. Saturday morning will be for the folks who are already members of IORC and will involve Board Elections and a financial update. Registration is free for all participants but we are offering the option for donations through the RSVP process. A staple of the IORC Annual Meeting is the opportunity to gather over a meal and connect with other members. Even though we are meeting virtually this year, we hope to recreate the same opportunity in the digital space. We are offering a few meal options: a completed dinner can be delivered to you, the ingredients of a meal can be delivered so you can prepare the food as you'd like, and a recipe will be shared with everyone for those who would like to create their meal from scratch.
