NONJU Building Fund
This building has been up for sale for ages. It needs some updating, and perhaps some renovations. (It used to be a Wal-Mart before they put a Wal-Mart Super Center in.) We know many people who would love to put their business in here (and there's enough room for all of them), but cannot qualify for the loan to purchase the property. NONJU: The Non-Judgemental Church of Christ's goal with this property would be to aid community members in starting and maintaining sole proprietorship and partnership businesses, and hosting community fundraisers, such as swap meets and craft fairs. The $2,000,000.00 funds we are attempting to raise include the cost of the property itself ($1,750,000.00) and renovation fees ($250,000). We would also like to have the finances lined up prior to contacting the seller. Thank you for your donations.
