We will be on the ground with a dedicated booth designed for real conversations between patients and clinicians. Not presentations. Not panels. Conversations about what life is actually like after discharge.

Our total goal is $7,000 to make this possible.

Here’s what it takes to show up:

Insurance coverage for the conference: $1,800
Booth space: $1,000
Travel: $1,200
Hotel: $800
