This unique fundraiser was such a hit last year we could not wait to do it again!!!

Let us tell you a little about it...

We will be hosting a raffle for each day in March!

Want to know the best part???? You only have to buy 1 ticket for a chance to win 1 of 31 prizes!!! Want to know something else???? The prizes are all amazing and value from $100 up to around $900 so you will definitely want to purchase more than one ticket!!!!!!

Each ticket will be $25 the more tickets you purchase the more opportunities you will have to win a prize.

We need to sell a minimum of 500 tickets for a successful fundraiser, but our goal is to sell 1000 tickets!!!!

Tickets will be on sale from February 5th until March 5th, 2022

Let us tell you how the drawings will be done...

Once a ticket is purchased the person's name completed the online transaction will be entered into the drawing database that many times. For example, Sally Smith buys 4 tickets for a total of $100, her name will be put into the database 4 times. She will now have 4 entries for the chance to win a prize. Don't worry if you purchase tickets on behalf of someone else as long as you put them in as a supporter we are able to track that on the back end and will include their names in the winner's emails.

Drawings will be held each Friday starting March 11th and will go as follows:

March 1st - 11th will be drawn on March 11th, 2022
March 12th - 18th will be drawn on March 18th, 2022
March 19th - 25th will be drawn on March 25th, 2022
March 26th - March 31st will be drawn on April 1st, 2022

All drawings will be done at the school and broadcast via live Zoom at around 8:45 am on the above dates. Each date will be recorded in order for the PTO to be able to review if necessary.

Zoom link will be provided to all purchasers via email by March 9th, 2022 so please be sure to include your correct email address when you check out.

Here is how the day of drawings will go:

Prior to the zoom meeting, the database of names will be uploaded into the drawing system commentpicker.com.
Names will then be shuffled one time in the drawing system and then applied to a random name selector.
The box will be checked to remove the winning name from the drawing after the draw has been done. If you have 4 tickets purchased in your name only one of them will be removed from the database, the remaining 3 will stay and continue to be entered until winning again or all drawings have been concluded.
Prior to starting a drawing, we will announce the date that we are drawing for, and the prize/prize package along with the approximate value. For example, we are going to draw for March 1st, the prize is the Fill the Fridge valued at approximately $225 and includes XYZ
The Pick a Random Name/Winner will be clicked and reveal the winner. The first and last names of the winner will be announced and then documented by the ISMV PTO Board.
The drawings will continue until all days for that week's time period have been done.

Following the completion of the drawings and no later than 10pm, the winning names will be posted (First name and last initial) on the ISMV PTO Website, the winner will also be emailed within 24 hours to arrange a pickup time for their prize.

Raffle Rules:

Each ticket purchased entitles the purchaser to one entry per drawing until a prize is won or the event is finished.
Prizes are unable to be mailed, no exceptions.
All prizes will need to be picked prior to April 8th, 2022 at noon, with no exceptions. Any prizes not picked up before this date and time will be forfeited and donated back to the ISMV PTO for future use.
1. Some prizes will require an appointment to be picked up. Winners of these prizes will be notified.
A valid state ID is required at the time of prize pick-up. If someone other than the winner is picking up the prize, arrangements must be made in advance with the ISMV PTO.
ISMV PTO is not to be held liable for any issues with prizes or gift certificates. Including but not limited to; expiration dates, additional fees or out-of-pocket expenses, transfer restrictions, and blackout dates.
Prizes can not be returned to stores or vendors for cash or store credit.
ISMV PTO reserves the right to request photos of winners picking up the prizes to send to our donors.
All tickets purchased are NON REFUNDABLE, there is no exception so please double check all details before making a purchase.

Nevada Gaming Rules:

Per NRS 462.180 and Regulation 4A.050 of the Nevada Gaming Laws all purchasers are required to be physically present in Nevada at the time of ticket purchase.

All purchasers must be over the age of 18 years old to participate. Valid state identification may be requested at the time of prize pick up.

All potential winnings are subject to forfeiture if the purchaser is determined to have violated Nevada laws or regulations.

Per Nevada Gaming once a ticket has been drawn it is no longer valid for other winning opportunities.
