PEARLS began in 1993 as a volunteer effort to help girls in middle school develop social, emotional and practical skills that would prepare them to be empathetic, self-sufficient leaders. Now serving girls 5th through 12th grades, PEARLS supports girls as they wrestle with the upheavals of adolescence, interpersonal, educational and, in some cases, socioeconomic challenges.

On Thursday, April 11, 2024, we will be hosting our annual Inspired to Lead gala. We are celebrating our PEARLS girls and alumnae - as they are our Legacy in Motion. Join the movement to provide a path to equity, access to education, leaderships roles and opportunities that retain talent here in Wisconsin. We understand the transformative power of education, meaningful connections and how these strengths will empower the next generation of young girls in Greater Milwaukee and beyond.
