Trans & Non-Binary Task Force aims to enhance the representation, visibility, and inclusivity of trans and non-binary individuals within the Central Florida community. This involves empowering local trans and non-binary leaders and establishing an intentional trans-centric collaborative spaces.
Come Out With Pride is a small yet powerful nonprofit primarily managed by our dedicated volunteer Board of Directors. We are firmly committed to purposefully enhancing the diversity and representation within our organizational leadership. In recent years, we have actively included more members from marginalized communities in our highest levels of decision-making. As a result, under the guidance of our Board Members, the Trans & Non-Binary Task Force was established in July of 2023 in direct response to the targeted attacks on the trans community and the current political climate. Our goal is to cultivate inclusive and welcoming experiences for all members of the trans and non-binary community.
