As you can imagine, they are not covered by insurance. We are working through SRQ Wellness Foundation to get discounted but superior care - and they have a foundation that will help us to afford more therapy.

Currently, he is 6'2" tall and weighs 150 lbs. Due to the recent diagnosis of C. Diff (a bacterial overgrowth due to too many antibiotics), he can no longer absorb nutrients orally - very little food, very little water. So we have a pic line through which he gets most of his nutrition. Therapy for this treatment can run anywhere from $200 - $400/ week... and that is at the discounted rate. SRQ Wellness Foundation has set up a private fund for Ted. Any donations that you make throuhg this link would go to help offset the cost of the vitamins that help to him to heal.
