Female Entrepreneurs of Midland (FEM) would like to invite your company to sponsor our inaugural Impactful Women of West Texas Awards Gala celebrating the women making an impact in our community.

Our gala will honor women who are creating a lasting impact in their industries, businesses, and communities across West Texas. From business owners to educators and oil & gas, these women represent the spirit of leadership, innovation, and service that makes West Texas thrive. The event will include a cocktail reception, dinner, awards ceremony, and live entertainment.

The gala will recognize winners in 30 categories, including: Woman of the Year, Oil & Gas Industry Leader, Volunteer of the Year, Excellence in Education, Finance, Healthcare, City Official, and Non-Profit Leader of the Year.

Nominations are open to the public now through June 30th, and voting will take place from July 1st through August 13th. Our goal is to spotlight women across a wide range of backgrounds, industries, and achievements.

As a sponsor, you’ll receive meaningful recognition in event promotions, social media, print materials, and during the evening itself. It’s an ideal opportunity to showcase your commitment to advancing women in leadership and to strengthen your presence among a powerful network of decision-makers and influencers.

Individual tickets are $50, and tables begin at $1,000. We offer a range of sponsorship tiers with increasing benefits, visibility, and perks (outlined on the attached page).
