New Beginnings in Norwich is a transformational renovation project in the heart of downtown Norwich, turning our shuttered manufacturing facility, CWS Packaging on East Main Street, into a state-of-the-art day and community-based services facility that will be a life-affirming change for over 100 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Chenango County.

We broke ground on this project in March of this year, with principal construction slated to be complete by the end of the year, and are in the final weeks of our public fundraising campaign to raise $200,000 towards this project's cost, including hosting our first 50/50 raffle.

This raffle will run through January 8th, with tickets on sale for $20. The more tickets you buy, the bigger the pot of money you can potentially win!

Tickets can also be purchased in-person at our Vestal Parkway East offices, Cutler Pond Day Habilitation and Chenango Day Habilitation sites.
