Join us for an inspiring November Community Council as we welcome Shereá Burnett, the new President of United Way of Alamance County. In this special session, she will share her why — the personal motivations, values, and experiences that drive her commitment to community service and leadership.

Having returned to Alamance County, she will reflect on the importance of coming back home: what this community means to her, the lessons she’s carried from her journey, and her vision for a stronger, more connected Alamance.

Come hear her story — one of purpose, passion, and partnership — and learn how together we can continue to build a community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Instead of our usual $10 ticket, we're doing something even more meaningful. Each month, we'll be sponsoring an Amazon wishlist to support our community partners. For November, we are focusing on addressing food insecurities by collecting canned food donations for local pantries.
