Founded to inspire connection through music, Grand Haven Free Fridays organizes six free weekly summer concerts that showcase Michigan-rooted musicians, draw residents and visitors downtown, and support local nonprofit organizations. Hosted along the Grand Haven waterfront, the series transforms public space into a vibrant gathering place where music, community, and philanthropy intersect.

Launched in 2023, the series has partnered with over a dozen nonprofits and featured numerous local artists, generating increased foot traffic for small businesses and raising thousands of dollars for vital community needs. Each Friday, a different nonprofit is highlighted—offering a platform to share their mission, engage attendees, and receive donations that are distributed equitably across the season.

Founded by six passionate locals with a shared love of music, production experience, and collaborative spirit, Grand Haven Free Fridays continues to grow in reach and impact each year.
