Through culturally responsive, trauma-informed programs, Sunrise Outreach provides laser tattoo removal, counseling support, securing critical documents, navigating legal systems, and support for employment needs such as clothing and transportation. These services reduce stigma, address systemic barriers, and promote stability for individuals, giving them an opportunity to second chances.
