About the Irish Youth Baseball Program

The Irish Youth Baseball program operates throughout Ireland, thanks to partnerships with local non-profit organizations and youth sports clubs throughout Ireland.

Our program includes a school-based program and participation from coaches throughout the United States. We teach the basics of the game — gameplay and rules, hitting, catching, and throwing — to over 5,000 children each year. We also provide coaching and grant funding to partner clubs in Ireland and Northern Ireland.

To participate in the program, American coaches are required to commit to fundraising for the program. The funds raised cover essential travel expenses and contribute to providing equipment, uniforms, and other resources to the partner clubs.

The fundraising aspect of the program plays a critical role in sustaining the growth and impact of the program. We encourage baseball fans across America to support the cause with donations in small dollar amounts. Together, we can make a lasting impact on the future of baseball in Ireland!
