YWCA Tulsa is enthusiastic about our "Women Mean Business" initiative—a small business start-up loan program generously supported by the Carmela Hill Legacy Fund. This program is tailored for Tulsa women facing economic challenges. It aims to offer financial support to women who: Lack a substantial or any credit history; Require a loan size too modest for traditional banking institutions; Lack liquid assets or alternative forms of equity; Prefer not to accumulate credit card debt.
