Our Mission: Repairing homes, revitalizing communities, rebuilding lives. In the spirit of volunteerism and community partnership, Rebuilding Together Metro Chicago improves homes and neighborhoods of people in need so they may continue to live in warmth, safety and comfort.

Personally, I have been with Rebuilding Together for over 12 years and have had the best team of family and friends to work with over the years! We are rebuilding a home in Maywood, IL. Our homeowner is 79 and in recent years has injured his back and legs, and has significant hearing loss in one ear, which has made it harder to move around and live comfortably. Our homeowner is a proud man but wants nothing more than to live in his home without worry.
