Tackling opioid-related drug abuse and the national overdose epidemic requires an all-hands-on-deck approach. MAPDA is a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on policy advocacy, OUD prevention education, and opioid awareness communication programs.

We believe OUD and SUD are diseases, and should be treated that way - with the same care as any other disease. There is no shame or stigma in seeking treatment and counseling.

We advocate for sound national and state-level policies that reflect our core beliefs and mission.
