Be the Dream

At Jumping Dreams Double Dutch, we believe that every child deserves a safe, supportive space to grow, be active, and discover who they are. Through the ropes, our youth learn more than just jump rope skills; they learn discipline, teamwork, confidence, and perseverance.

Since 2017, we’ve grown from a small group of five young girls practicing in school hallways to a youth movement serving over 1,000 kids across Charlotte and surrounding communities. We’ve donated over 10,000 free meals, provided college scholarships, and created experiences that many of our youth never imagined possible, from traveling to competitions to exploring college campuses.

This year, our Dreamers are working hard to represent Charlotte in a competition at the Broadway Theater in New York City, representing Charlotte on an international level, a once-in-a-lifetime experience that will teach them the power of hard work, community, and courage.
