Joel Daniel Phillips Portrait Project

This is a special fundraising project conceived of by artist, Joel Daniel Phillips to support the 2SLGBTQ+ community in Tulsa, Oklahoma and the surrounding region by sharing a portion of the proceeds generated from creating and selling portraits of queer community members. The donations made by Mr. Phillips support the Center for Queer Prairies Studies, the 501(c)3 nonprofit extension of Studio 66, a Tulsa-based queer production and community programming entity. The funds raised will support arts and culture grants made to 2SLGBTQ+ community members in Tulsa as well as programming and curatorial projects that elevate queer voices from the past and present in the prairie region.
