The JICS Weight Room is being designed as a high-impact training environment where student-athletes develop strength, discipline, and resilience—both physically and mentally. This space will serve as a foundational resource for our athletic programs, equipping students to train with purpose, improve performance, and compete at a higher level.

Outfitted with modern strength and conditioning equipment, the Weight Room will support year-round training across all sports, helping athletes build the strength, endurance, and injury prevention habits necessary for long-term success. This space will also serve as a place where character is formed—where students learn perseverance, accountability, teamwork, and the value of consistent effort. Under the guidance of coaches and mentors, student-athletes will be challenged not only to grow stronger bodies, but also stronger minds and Christ-centered character.
