Founded 36 years ago, Civic Heart Community Services began its mission as a grassroots effort to help at-risk and underserved residents and has grown into a citywide movement for holistic empowerment. Today, Civic Heart serves thousands each year through programs that strengthen education, housing stability, youth development, health and wellness, and economic self-sufficiency.
