The Tower District Preservation Association is a non-profit public benefit corporation serving the Tower District Specific Plan Area.  Through its board of directors and a broad community membership, the TDPA is working to preserve, promote, and enhance the economic health, diversity, and uniquely historic character and vitality of the Tower District Specific Plan Area in Fresno Ca.
