A Vision Born in Faith: Young Life's Mission to Reach 30,000

The Need: Across the southcoast of California, Young Life is pursuing a bold vision: knowing 30,000 kids by name by 2030. This means meeting them where they are to introduce them to Jesus. But there's urgency: a donor is matching gifts up to $1.825 million and the first $500,000 expires December 31, 2025. Every dollar given now is doubled, but only until year-end.

Kingdom Impact: When a Young Life leader tutored Yari for two years, she eventually came to Young Life, found friendship, and met Jesus at camp. Everything changed. Yari led her mom, aunt, siblings, and cousins to Christ. Today, she leads Bible studies around town. This is Young Life's impact: one relationship transforms families and communities. Over 93% of students who participate grow in faith through Young Life and more than a quarter now serve in church leadership. The infrastructure is in place but reaching the next 30,000 “Yaris” requires partnership now.
