This past year alone, Seeding Justice…

Granted out more than $22 million
Granted 85% of our General Fund grants in the spring and fall to groups with budgets under $700,000
Granted 75% of our General Fund grants to groups that are BIPOC-led
Granted 65% of our General Fund grants to groups outside of the Portland metro area
Granted 9.5% of our total grantmaking dollars to Tribal communities

And so much more! We are hard at work on a brand new community climate fund, as well as creating a Center for Social Justice in a historic building in downtown Portland that will allow grantee and aligned organizations to pay below-market rent and create equity.

Supporting non-profits and the communities they serve across our region requires more than simply making grants; what Seeding Justice provides our grantees and communities is a full spectrum of care and resources.
