ACE Mentor Program of NJ is honored to award an annual John E. (Jack) Osborn Scholarship through a fund established in 2025 through an initial donation from GNYCUC. Additional contributions will be allocated to grow the fund supporting future recipients of the Jack Osborn scholarship.

ACE fulfills its' mission to engage, excite, and enlighten high school students to pursue careers in architecture, engineering, and construction through mentoring and continued support for their advancement into the industry. ACE NJ scholarships are awarded annually to deserving graduates of the program who are planning to pursue professions in a/e/c industry.

John E. “Jack”) Osborn served as Managing Partner of John E. Osborn P.C., a 9 lawyer firm concentrating in complex construction, environmental, real estate law and litigation, which he founded in 1992. He has over 30 years of experience litigating complex commercial disputes relating to construction, real estate, corporate and environmental issues. His dedication to the AEC industry is reflected with long term involvement in organizations including GNYCUC, BOMA, HEANY, GREG and NY Building Congress. Jack also shared his extensive knowledge being part of faculty at NYU and Pratt, and speaking and publishing as an expert in construction law.
