Despite undergoing dialysis since 2019 and enduring a waiting list for three and a half years, Jermaine's determination never wavers. His promotion to Chief Engineer speaks volumes about his hard work and capability to excel under any circumstance. Beyond his professional achievements, Jermaine's impact extends to the community. He actively engages in community service, exemplified by his initiative to host the first responders’ luncheon annually at the hotel. This commitment underscores his compassionate nature and desire to make a positive difference. Regardless of the challenges he faces in his personal life, he remains a reliable and valuable asset, always just a call away, ready to lend his expertise and support.

Jermaine is currently on the list for a kidney transplant, and as you can imagine his medical expenses continue to rise.
