Jerry Gee HW+ - HeartsRGolden Fund

Jerry Gee came to us last month with his brother, Ben Gee.  Both are 1.5yr old beautiful, purebred golden retriever brothers who need some extra time to learn to trust people.  The boys are very timid at this time with any human interaction, so we are taking it slow and working at their pace.  Jerry unfortunately ended up testing positive for heartworms upon his intake exam, thankfully his brother Ben was negative.  Jerry is making progress every day, however he will need to begin heartworm injections within the next 30 days (no later than 6/21/25).  With heartworm treatment costing between $1200-$1800 per dog, this is quite a substantial bill for GRRA to front every time we have a HW+ dog come into GRRA.  We need your help funding treatment for sweet Jerry.
