💧New Well Dig: Jos East Village – Water, Hope & Healing

We were preparing to begin a well dig in Miango Village, where widows and their families have been waiting for clean water. But tragedy struck. Miango was recently attacked by militants, and the village is now facing extreme instability and trauma. Out of respect for the community’s safety, the well dig there has been postponed until it is safe to return.

But the mission doesn’t stop.

In the meantime, we’ve been connected to a new village in desperate need: Jos East—and the response has been overwhelming. When our local leader, Manji, told them they’d been chosen for a well, their joy was indescribable. For a village that has gone far too long without access to clean water, this well is more than a project—it’s a miracle in the making.

We are thrilled to also be partnering with The Bucket Ministry on this dig. Once the well is completed, their team will provide water filters and long-term training, ensuring that families not only receive clean water—but have the tools to keep it safe for decades to come.
