✨ Today, we proudly introduce JOSIE'S SENIOR LEGACY, a new program that we have created for the benefit of the senior dogs of Tattered Paws.✨

This program is near and dear to our hearts as we wish all pups, especially senior pups, could be in a loving home with proper medical care. Unfortunately, we find ourselves struggling to take on older dogs as this usually comes with a lot of unplanned additional expenses. These pups are more likely to need further diagnostics and surgical care, including tooth removals in addition to special food and closer monitoring.

We do not want financials to dictate the age of a dog we can help, so we will do everything we can to remove that as a factor while also ensuring that we can responsibly look after all dogs in our care.

Josie was the very first dog rescued by TPGHR with Emre and a senior golden herself. It is thanks to Josie and the passion that she helped ignite in Nancy and Emre that TPGHR has found loving homes for more than 1000 dogs.
