Annual Employee Appreciation

Every year at this time, The Reutlinger reaches out to our community and requests your consideration of a donation to the Judy Fancher Employee Appreciation Fund. This fund was established in order to help brighten the holiday season for our employees and their families, and to acknowledge them for their dedication and service to the residents.


While working within our beautiful Reutlinger Community, employees are prohibited from accepting direct financial gifts or tips from our residents or families. The Judy Francher Employee Appreciation Fund provides exemplary and hardworking employees with a bonus that is received during the first pay-period in December. Senior managers do not participate in this program, and the majority of the funds are distributed to front-line employees, housekeepers, wait-staff, maintenance, cooks, direct caregivers, nursing personnel and middle managers. These are the same people that make sure the residents enjoy a warm, homelike environment with excellent care and service 365 days a year, 24/7.
