We are raising funds to support Raul and his family during an unexpected and devastating detention and deportation process.

Raul was taken on his way to work and has since been transferred to Denver, where he is now facing deportation proceedings. His family is currently working with an immigration attorney to understand their options and protect his rights, but the legal and logistical costs are overwhelming and immediate.

These funds will go directly toward immigration legal fees, bond related costs if applicable, travel expenses for the family, and basic living support during this crisis. No family should have to navigate this alone, and we want to do everything to help ease the financial burden while they fight for due process and dignity.

This is his home; he is a devoted husband and loving father. He works hard, shows up every day, and provides for his family with care and pride. Those who know him know he is reliable, kind, and deeply committed to his loved ones. His sudden detention has turned his family's world upside down. He was taken without warning, leaving his family to face fear, uncertainty, and overwhelming legal costs.

Raul deserves due process and the chance to remain with the family and community he has built his life around. The fundraiser exists to help his family fight for that chance and ensure they are not alone during this.

Raul has been an active, dependable part of this community for almost his whole life. Now his family faces one of the hardest moments of their lives, we are asking this community to show up for him the way he has always shown up for others.
