This Giving Tuesday, we invite you to join us in our Miles for Minds campaign to raise $5,000 for Still I Run! Your support will help us empower individuals on their mental health journeys through the transformative power of running.

What is Still I Run?
Still I Run is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and support through the act of running. We provide programs that connect individuals with mental health challenges to running communities, fostering a sense of belonging and resilience. Our mission is to break the stigma surrounding mental health and show how running can be a powerful tool for healing and empowerment.

We are proud to have been featured on Good Morning America, where we shared our mission and the impact of our programs. This recognition has helped us reach even more individuals who can benefit from our initiatives, furthering our goal of promoting mental wellness across the United States.

What can $5,000 do for Still I Run?
Every dollar raised will go directly toward enhancing our programs, which include:

Mental Health Resources: Providing access to educational materials and group support meetings that promote mental well-being and resilience.
Running Gear and Equipment: Supplying participants with essential running gear to help them engage fully in our programs and enjoy the benefits of physical activity.
Community Support Programs: Facilitating group runs and running challenges that create a supportive network for individuals seeking mental health support through running.
Workbooks and Training Plans: Creation and distribution of workbooks and training plans that focus on both running and mental health strategies, helping individuals develop healthy habits and coping mechanisms.
Outreach and Awareness: Expanding our outreach efforts to raise awareness about the importance of mental health and running in communities across the country.
