2024 Welcoming Week Family Festival Sponsorship Registration
Community organizations, businesses, and nonprofits are invited to sponsor our Welcoming Week Family Festival and host an informational booth at our East Community Center on Saturday, September 21, from 10 am to 1 pm.
Sponsorship levels
$10,000 Presenting Sponsor
• Logo on event signage (flyer, banner, etc.)
• Logo on promotional emails (more than 10,000 constituents)
• Listed on YWCA website
• Reserved information table space for your company
• Shout out on social media channels (12,000+ impressions across all channels)
$2,500 Event Area Sponsor
• Logo on event signage (flyer, lawn sign)
• Listed on YWCA website
• Reserved information table space for your company
• Public recognition on YWCA Tulsa social media channels (12,000+ impressions across all channels)
$1,000 Lod Zone Activity Sponsor
• Logo placement at designated activity (ex: bouncy house, slip n’ slide, etc.)
• Listed on YWCA Tulsa website
• Reserved information table space for your company
Nonprofit Informational Booths
Nonprofit booth fee is $40.00. We will provide your space and a table, we highly suggest bringing a canopy to keep your team cool. Please let us know if you do not have one, and we will try to get you in a more shaded area.
