Through the Mindful Street Tailoring Initiative, 25 women in Kampala have healed from trauma, learned to sew, and gained real tools for resilience. Now they’re ready to launch small businesses — but they need your help.

We’re raising $200 per woman to provide startup materials: fabric, thread, zippers, and shared access to sewing machines. These women currently earn less than $3/day from begging or sorting beans. With just a little support, they can begin selling school bags, dresses, and children’s clothes — building income, dignity, and independence.
