At K9 HEROES Foundation, we partner with School Resource Officers (SROs) to place specially trained therapy dogs, such as Strider, in local schools. These incredible K9 HEROES help:

Calm anxious students
Support kids facing trauma or hardship
Build positive, trusting relationships between students and law enforcement

It costs approximately $20,000 per year to fund a therapy dog like Strider, covering expenses such as training, veterinary care, outreach materials, and school visits.
