Fairway to Home was created by Tyler and Victoria Klava following their own journey to parenthood and the loss of their son, Keith Joseph (KJ). Through their experiences, they developed a deep passion for supporting families as they navigate the many paths to building a family.

Our mission is to provide financial support and encouragement to families pursuing parenthood through adoption, IVF, surrogacy, and other journeys to bringing a child home. We believe that financial barriers should not stand in the way of a family pursuing the path that is right for them.

The cost of building a family can be significant. Adoption may involve agency and legal fees, home studies, travel, and time away from work. IVF and surrogacy can bring substantial medical and related expenses. Fairway to Home exists to help ease some of these financial burdens by raising funds to sponsor families and provide meaningful financial assistance throughout their journey.

What began as a fundraising effort connected to our own adoption journey has grown into a vision for something much bigger: a community that comes together to help families take the next step toward bringing a child home.

Each year, Fairway to Home will host fundraising events to support this mission. Our annual golf outing, the KJ Klava Fairway to Home Classic, brings together friends, family, and community members for a day of golf, connection, and purpose while honoring KJ and helping make a difference for families pursuing their dreams of parenthood.

The date for the 2027 KJ Klava Fairway to Home Classic will be announced soon.

As we share Fairway to Home with our family and community, it feels especially meaningful to do so at a time when we are celebrating the life of Victoria’s grandmother, Maxine. She was incredibly proud of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and was always one of their biggest champions. We know she would be proud to see her family continue that spirit of love, encouragement, and generosity by coming alongside other families on their journeys to parenthood.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who supports Fairway to Home. Every donation, sponsorship, and act of generosity helps us move closer to our goal of sponsoring families and helping make their journey to parenthood a little more possible.

With gratitude,
Tyler & Victoria Klava
